I was supposed to be a lawyer\u2026 but life had other (better) plans <\/strong>\ud83d\ude0a<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Somewhere between decoding legal jargon and connecting with people, I realized that laws might organize society, but people build it<\/strong>. So, I swapped codes for conversations, courtrooms for collaborative workshops\u2014and never looked back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udf0d Fast-forward a few decades (and cities, and countries, and industries), and I have become a Team Builder, Agile Evangelist, Cross-Cultural & Change Expert<\/strong>, Coach and mentor<\/strong>, and an unapologetic people-person who thrives in the messy, magical business of making teams work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcca With over 15 years of coaching, mentoring, and training<\/strong> under my belt, I have worked with teams from 35+ countries<\/strong>, across sectors like IT, Insurance, FMCG, Pharma, and NGOs<\/strong>, in companies ranging from nimble family-run businesses to sprawling multinational giants. If there’s a team dynamic to be tuned, a culture to evolve, or a silo to dismantle, I am already rolling up my sleeves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supporting women while going through changes, career shifts or breaking glass ceiling were always close to my heart. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2708\ufe0f Having lived in 2 centuries, 5 cities, and 3 countries<\/strong>, being citizen of the world isn\u2019t just a buzzword\u2014it\u2019s my lived reality.
